On his arrival at District Police Headquarters Udhampur, he was accorded a ceremonial Guard of Honour and warmly welcomed by senior officers. Soon after, he chaired an introductory meeting at DPL Udhampur to review the law & order and crime scenario of the district. All supervisory officers and SHOs attended the meeting where a brief presentation highlighted key challenges and priorities. SSP Udhampur stressed professionalism, integrity and people-friendly policing, directing officers to focus on public grievance redressal, eradication of drug menace, tackling militancy and upholding the rule of law.
